Foundry United Methodist Church

We believe that “church” is more than a building and more than a Sunday morning activity.

We describe FOUNDRY UMC as a faith-life community.  Rather than separate spirituality from work, school, parenting and hobbies, we understand that faith is integral to all these elements of everyday life.  Through worship, study, conversations and acts of service, FOUNDRY is the people who have gathered — as followers of Christ — to live this faith-life together.

FOUNDRY is a community congregation, made up of smaller faith-life communities;  large and small groups of people meeting to worship, to perform acts of community service, to learn about God and to build relationships with one another.

Besides Sunday morning worship and Sunday school, we also mid-week study and faith conversations and sponsor community service projects for East Chula Vista communities.

God…faith…life…community…service.  They are all interconnected and they are the driving forces behind FOUNDRY UMC.
